The Service: Drifties provides AI-generated digital creatures for entertainment purposes. Creatures are not guaranteed to produce any specific output or generate revenue.

Payments: Purchases are non-refundable. Pricing is displayed before purchase. Subscription fees (keep-alive) can be cancelled at any time.

Content: Conversations with Drifties may be displayed publicly on the /live feed. By using the service, you consent to this. Do not share sensitive personal information in chat.

Acceptable Use: Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, exploit the AI for unintended purposes, or abuse the service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Liability: Drifties is provided as-is. We are not responsible for any content generated by AI creatures. NeonDrift Ventures LLC is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.
