Privacy Policy

Drifties (drifties.co) is operated by NeonDrift Ventures LLC.

What we collect: When you sign in with Google, we store your email address. We store chat messages, Drifty data, and usage events in our database.

How we use it: Your data is used to operate the service — persisting your Drifty, generating activities, and displaying the public /live feed. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Public content: Chat messages with deployed Drifties may appear on the public /live feed. Messages scroll by quickly and are not permanently displayed, but they are stored in our database.

AI processing: Your messages are sent to Anthropic (Claude API) for AI response generation. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to that processing.

Cookies: We use localStorage to persist your session. No tracking cookies are used.
